If you would like to discuss an order you have placed, or would like to place, please contact
us as per our "Contact Us" Page.
All orders are individually processed by us, and at no time is an automated response
ever sent to you.
If you wold like to pay for your item(s) by an alternative method (cheque, Postal Order, etc), please
contact us by email
Download Items
Please be aware that we do not offer a "Download Now" service
For download items
(mp3 files, Ebooks, etc) your order will be individually processed by us, and you will receive a personal email within
two working days, which will contain the relevant link(s) to download your item(s). We do our downloads in this way to maintain product
security, to verify payment, and to provide you with a personal service. And you are most welcome to contact us at any time
as per our "Contact Us" Page
Physical Items
Typically, we will ship your physical order (CD(s), Sync Stones, etc), via Royal
Mail, within four working days, and you will receive an Email confirming dispatch.
Please note that to reduce our Carbon
Footprint, CDs and Printed Materials are only produced after an order has been received - consequently, this may add a further one
to two working days to the shipment time
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary upon your geographical location – we have found
that deliveries within the UK take 1-3 working days, Europe 3-5 working days, USA 5-8 working days and the rest of the world, 6-10
working days. If you still haven't received your order by the typical time, please contact us
Payment Security
For
your peace of mind, and to maintain total confidentiality, transparency, and security, we only receive payments through
an accredited, secure, third party (PayPal). Consequently, we never see any Bank, Card, Transaction, or other personal details
Returns
If
your posted item(s) arrive damaged, please contact us immediately
We take all customer queries seriously, and we ensure that
your damaged item(s) will be replaced, or that you are refunded with any monies owing to you
If you are not happy with the item(s)
that we have physically mailed, then you can return them to us within 7 days. You will then be refunded within 7 days of our
receiving your return less p&p
Unfortunately, downloaded items are not refundable
