What is the endowment all about? Why is it so secret? And why is it so important to Mormons?
On this matter, Brigham Young, an early Mormon Prophet and President of the Church, said:
"Let me give you a definition in brief. Your endowment is, to receive all those ordinances in the house of the Lord, which are necessary for you, after you have departed this life, to enable you to walk back to the presence of the Father, passing the angels who stand as sentinels, being enabled to give them the key words, the signs and tokens, pertaining to the holy Priesthood, and gain your eternal exaltation in spite of earth and hell."

So that's what it's all about - "Getting into Heaven!"
Well, if you would like to know what are the "key words, the signs and tokens, pertaining to the holy Priesthood", which will enable you to pass "the angels who stand as sentinels" and "gain your eternal exaltation in spite of earth and hell" - then read on...
The following material is presented to unveil the secret Temple Ceremonies as practised by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints (Mormon Church). The author, through his own experiences in the Mormon Temple (London and Johannesburg), confirms the following material as factual.
There are Christian groups who practise a separatist discriminatory salvation - that is, only a special group, or chosen few, of the members can achieve 'Exultation' in the 'Highest Degree of God's Kingdom' (i.e. where God and Christ reside).
Thus, discriminatory salvation with its worthiness requirements is a key part of The Mormon Church.
Consequently, within this self-acclaimed 'Christian Church', only the 'Worthy Members' (Temple Recommend Holders) can gain access to the Temple Ceremonies that will enable them to rise to the 'Highest Degree' of glory in the 'Celestial Kingdom'.
The ceremonies for access into the 'Celestial Kingdom' are carried out in 'Sacred Mormon Temples' throughout the world; and no account of the various 'Ceremonies' presented therein is supposed to exist outside of the Temple.
The following material describes the necessary ceremonies that will allow the Mormon candidate to "pass by the Angels who stand as sentinels, and enter into the presence of God, to receive their eternal exultation, in spite of earth and hell"...

Following is the text of the full Mormon-Temple Endowment-Ceremony similar to that which the Author and his wife experienced in the
London Temple; and later in the Johannes temple
The endowment ceremony was in the form of audio recordings, film segments, and a live officiator. The presentation was controlled from a panel set in the alter at the front of the endowment room. The film segments were projected onto a screen, in front of a curtain which initially covers the temple veil.
Start
Once everyone is seated in the endowment room (sisters on one side, and brethren on the other), the session commences with an audio segment:
First Lecturer: Brethren and sisters, we welcome you to the temple, and hope you will find joy in serving in the house of the Lord this day. Those of you who are here to receive your own Endowments should have been washed, anointed, and clothed in the Garment of the Holy Priesthood. The ordinances of washing, anointing, and clothing in the Garment of the Holy Priesthood, together with the ordaining in behalf of the deceased brethren were preformed previously for those deceased persons whom you are representing
Each of you should have received a New Name in connection with this company. If any of you have forgotten the New Name, or have not received these ordinances as explained, please stand
(Pause)
Please be alert, attentive and refrain from whispering during the presentation of the Endowment...
